I think that we have often lost the art of compare. Compare seems to have morphed into another form of contrast. We compare and find something lacking. We compare ourselves to people and decide they are the other. Or we decide we have something lacking and it erodes our self-esteem.
Is limited access to a Product Owner on an Agile team a bottleneck?
In some environments they have limited access to the Product Owner because the PO has multiple duties and responsibility to the business and customers. In system language… Does that make the Product Owner a single-point-of-failure?

The reality of being connected all over the world is that sometimes we aren’t nearby. The point is to be “present” with the person receiving the news, regardless of the technology you use. So yes, in person is the best. If you have the luxury.
A comparison of Agile User Stories to Lean Startup Value Proposition
I can’t help look at the User Story as being a form of Value Proposition. Or re-framed, the Value Proposition being a company’s over-reaching umbrella Agile Epic.
Is your thought leadership thoughtful?
Great thought leadership is aligned to the vision of the company. It should be of value but not give away the whole shop for free. It should entice people to hear more about what you have to offer. Be forward looking and inspiring. And yes, thoughtful.
What is your company’s attitude and response to customer escalation?
There is a broader lessen for all of us who are makers in Boeing’s slow response to ground the 737 Max 8. When something goes wrong, there is often a path of blaming customer-product-company. It’s telling how we deal with issues, errors and flaws. If we leave it until it escalates to company, then its often too late.
